GREEN UNIVERSITY

RAs! Looking for a fun orientation activity for incoming students? Get them on bicycles, pedaling through their new city, on an Urban AdvenTour!

Want to go for a spin with your friends or club? Need a fast way of getting around the city for an orientation week scavenger hunt? Don't need a guide? Our fleet of high quality bikes is also available to student groups for rentals.

STUDENT GROUP FUNDRAISING

Is your student group looking for a unique fundraising activity? Sell some of our famous 'I "Bike" Boston' apparel, and split the earnings with Urban AdvenTours. This is a great program for campus athletic, environmental, and recreational clubs and teams. Promote your group, Green living, and biking in Boston, all while making some cash for your organization!

K-12 Tours

"The Bike and Body Maintenance" class, run by Urban AdvenTours for the Citizen School program at the Charlestown Edwards Middle School is 'wheely' making a difference.

Young people get a chance to learn about safe biking, basic bike maintenance and their neighborhoods. We work on bikes, talk about bikes, ride bikes, stay fit and have fun.

Urban AdvenTours is also excited to be partnered with Boston Natural Areas Network (BNAN) www.bostonnatural.org. The program, named Two Wheelin' Teens: City Bike Trips for Boston Youth, takes young people on bicycle tours through the newest, greenest parks and bikepaths created in Boston and Cambridge, learning about bikes and the green places in their city.

We have toured the East Boston Greenway, the Neponset River Greenway, the Southwest Corridor and other beautiful green spots around Boston.

Urban AdvenTours is proud to help and encourage young people to learn about bikes and use bikes for transportation, working with the next generation as they carry on the green revolution and work to make make bicycling healthy and viable in Boston and Cambridge.


Urban AdvenTours believes that it is important to teach young people about the benefits of good nutrition and healthy eating habits. Through partnerships with Clif Bar, Urban AdvenTours teaches kids how to incorporate good nutrition into their healthy, active lifestyle.
